5 Cancellations

GPT permits cancellations up to 24 hours before a scheduled tutoring session. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window will still be counted as a full session. The total session time will then be deducted as if the session had taken place.

Emergencies can be waved on a case-by-case basis.

In-Home Tutoring

At least one adult guardian, aged 18+ MUST be present for any in-home tutoring sessions.

Payments

Payments for sessions must be made by Sunday 11:59PM, BEFORE the beginning of the tutoring week.

GPT currently accepts payments directly on our website using Squarespace payments. We also accept fee-free payments through Zelle & Venmo.

Emergency

4 Referrals

In the unlikely event of an emergency that prevents our tutors from carrying out their duty, GPT clients will NOT lose any pre-purchased session time. Any lost time/money will be reimbursed to the client.

Clients receive a $40 Barnes N’ Noble giftcard for each new family that they refer to the GPT team. The new, referred client will receive the same!
